中国科学院上海应用物理研究所 粒子物理与原子核物理 博士,中电&东南大学博士后,长江商学院EMBA,教授级高工。有16年以上的晶体硅电池和组件技术研发、试验线、产品管理、 工厂运营、政府公共关系管理工作经验,先后承担科技部、江苏省经信委、科技厅等多项重大科研项目。曾获聘东南大学、南京航空航天、四川大学等多所高校客座教授、产业教授。主导多项国际合作,授权专利150多项,获多次苏州、常熟科技进步奖,一次省科技进步奖三等奖、两次国家专利奖,1次苏州专利杰出发明人。曾获得2010年企业博士集聚计划,江苏省333人才、湖州市“南太湖精英计划”领军型双创人才,南京中青年拔尖人才、苏州姑苏双创、常熟市创新创业领军人才、常熟市“十佳”科技创新标兵等荣誉称号。参加过973、863自然科学基金等项目,发表学术论文50多篇。
